Liuh-Wen Ting

Liuh-Wen Ting

A graduate of the Juilliard School, Liuh-Wen Ting has distinguished herself as a violist and proponent of contemporary music. She has collaborated with AACM members Roscoe Mitchell, George Lewis, Muhal Richard Abrams, and has premiered and recorded works by many other notable composers. She was a member of the Meridian String Quartet, and has been on the staff of the Composers Conference and Chamber Music Center at the Wellesley College since 1993.
